1. We receive your instructions, pick up the keys and set up the visit date.

2. We visit the property and perform the detailed inventory on our digital, hand held recorder and camera.

We will describe in detail the exterior of the property, the doors, windows, walls and floors, all electric/heating fittings, documented by high resolution photographs where necessary. All household and electronic appliances will be photographed and serial numbers noted (where available). The meters will be photographed and readings taken.

All furniture, kitchen and bathroom items included will be thoroughly inspected and photographed.

The approximate duration of the inventory process of a medium sized two bedroom, unfurnished house is two hours plus two hours typing. The approximate duration of the inventory process of medium sized furnished house is three hours.

3. The detailed inventory report with embedded photographs is sent to you within 48 hours  via email as a pdf file, for you to print copies for signature.
